General Food Assistance (GFA) - Informational Sessions for Syrian Refugees in Jordan

In 2022, the World Food Programme (WFP) implemented a new electronic cash transfer service in Jordan to reduce transaction costs and offer beneficiaries an easier and more dignified way of receiving assistance. In this context, WFP launched information/sensitization sessions on electronic cash transfer modalities, for Jordanians and refugees assisted directly or indirectly by its program.

Mindset was contracted to conduct these sessions throughout five different governorates. The sessions were directed at beneficiaries receiving food assistance from the WFP, to introduce them to the new method of receiving monthly aid through e-wallets.
