UNHCR Assessment Home Visits in Jordan

One of UNHCR’s most important refugee support programs is the monthly cash assistance to refugees. To determine eligibility for assistance, UNHCR requires data on their vulnerability profile through assessment home visits.

Since 2016, Mindset has been UNHCR’s data collector for this exercise, whereby we conduct an average of 5,000 face-to-face interviews and home visits per month to reach the required 60,000+ households in the sample. For this project, we manage a field staff of 60 persons (interviewers and supervisors), an editing team of 10 persons, and an appointment team of 12 persons. Mindset's scope of work includes setting up appointments; data collection and the management of the hotline number.
