Ala'a is Learning, Compliance & Excellence Officer at Mindset, where she is implementing a learning system to participate in the inner development of the company. With ten years of experience in the field of humanitarian assistance and international development, she gained strong skills in establishing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems in Jordan. Stemming from her on-the-ground experience with vulnerable communities in Jordan, she has in-depth knowledge of humanitarian and development projects implementation. She is now using her competencies to foster a positive and sustainable work environment at Mindset.
Ala'a holds a bachelor's degree in English language from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.
