Prior to her current role, she worked in the book editing sector in Jordan. Possessing more than 10 years of experience in supporting and managing office administrations, Ala'a is well-versed in handling multiple tasks and ensuring a smooth work organization.

She holds a bachelor's degree in applied English from the University of Jordan.
