Administrative, Compliance & Excellence Department Manager

As the Accountability, Administration, and Excellence Department Manager, Bader oversees key administrative, compliance, and operational activities, including management of staff, facilities, recruitment, onboarding, inventory, procurement, and employee well-being. He ensures that all processes are documented, adhered to, and improved upon to enhance operational efficiency and organizational excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, management, and operations, Bader has led managerial, operational and financial roles, and provided various consultancies in auditing with major private institutions in the Gulf area and Jordan. Bader has a solid background in many aspects of corporate management with a demonstrated capability in client and stakeholder engagement. He has also served as an Audit Manager at NGOs and international agencies including UNHCR.

Bader holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Applied Science University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
