Ban serves as a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Officer, contributing to the development of project proposals and identifying partnership opportunities.
Prior to her current role at Mindset, Ban worked as a Project Manager and Institutional Development Specialist with UN agencies, as well as with numerous donors such as USAID and the EU Commission in Jordan. She has also worked with Governmental entities focusing on technical assistance in various sectors.
In addition to her expertise, Ban has a background in leadership coaching.
