Rachel serves as a Business Development Officer and Proposal Writer at Mindset, contributing to the development of high-quality, compliant, and competitive project proposals.
Prior to her role at Mindset, Rachel worked as a Strategic Partnership and Growth Lead, and held Senior Programme Officer roles in diverse projects for NGOs and donor-funded initiatives. Rachel is adept at technical writing, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and impactful proposal submissions.
Rachel holds a first-class degree in History from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Masters degree in International Studies from the Postgraduate School, Nigerian Defense Academy.
