Raghad drives Mindset’s communication strategy and online presence, managing social media, content creation, branding materials, and public events to enhance visibility and engagement. She also supports business development efforts in identifying partnership opportunities.
As the Partnerships, Communication and Business Development Officer, Raghad is responsible for managing Mindset's website, producing newsletters, blog posts, and success stories, as well as organizing events, webinars, and media coverage. In addition to her communication duties, she engages in business development, ensuring seamless coordination across Mindset's team and partners. Prior Joining Mindset, Raghad worked in local journalism, then in media, communication, and coordination at UNICEF Country Office and the UN Resident Coordinator Office in Jordan, contributing to a smooth coordination within UN agencies, as well as between Governmental institutions, ambassadors, partners, and the local, regional and international media.
Raghad holds a BA in Applied English from the University of Jordan and an M.A. in Social Work/ Migration and Refugees from the German Jordanian University that included studying one semester abroad at the University of Bologna, Italy. She has also completed several training, workshops, and research projects in Jordan, Germany, Lebanon, and Kenya.
