As Mindset’s Senior Operations Officer in Lebanon, Alaa' is in charge of field operations coordination. He is also responsible for identifying and training field staff in Lebanon, as well as overseeing quality assurance of the implemented projects
Alaa' has an extensive experience in fieldwork and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Arts, Sciences and Technology University, Lebanon.
