Starting her career at Mindset, Halla worked with the firm's Research and Data Processing Teams. Currently, she serves as an Operations Officer, overseeing logistical preparations, monitoring operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges. With expertise in quality assurance, risk management, and data analysis, she identifies areas for improvement and drive process optimization. Rahaf also assists in budget planning, prepares detailed progress reports, and leads change initiatives to enhance efficiency and adopt innovative methodologies. Committed to operational excellence, she contributes to training project teams and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Halla holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from the Hashemite University.
