As part of Mindset's Operations team, Hamdan contributes to the smooth planning and completion of field-based projects in the Middle East region. Five years into his work Mindset, Hamdan now takes part in fieldwork management.
Hamdan oversees logistical preparations, monitor operational performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges. With expertise in quality assurance, risk management, and data analysis, he identifies areas for improvement and drive process optimization. Hamdan also assists in budget planning, prepares detailed progress reports, and leads change initiatives to enhance efficiency and adopt innovative methodologies. Committed to operational excellence, she contributes to training project teams and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Hamdan holds a bachelor's degree from the Hashemite University in Jordan.
