As part of Mindset's Senior Operations Officer, Ala'a plans and oversees all field- and office-based projects from inception to completion, providing clients with reliable and quality data.
With an expertise in supervising field teams, as well as a strong academic background in computer science supports, Alaa' is responsible for managing all Mindset's field- and office-based projects in the Middle East from inception to completion, simultaneously coordinating between supervisors and enumerators in the field. He oversees logistical preparations, monitor operational performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges. Alaa' also assists in budget planning, prepares detailed progress reports, and leads change initiatives to enhance efficiency and adopt innovative methodologies. Committed to operational excellence, he contributes to training project teams and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Alaa’ holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Applied Science University, Jordan.
