As Mindset's Operations Quality Assurance Supervisor, Ayat oversees the computer-assisted personal interviewing division within the Operations Team.
Ayat has a solid experience in operations management including phone surveys and the calling team's day-to-day running. Ayat is responsible for producing detailed progress reports, preparing the preparatory documentation and stages in the project’s design phase, and coordinating the sample distribution among the allocated team of enumerators and supervisors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Al Balqa Applied University.
