As the Head of Mindset's Project Management Unit (PMU), Majd is responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of research projects Mindset implements in various countries, from managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, to ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Majd has a solid eight-year experience in managing donor-driven monitoring and evaluation and research activities. Prior to joining Mindset, Majd served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for the USAID Civic Initiatives Support Program in Jordan, where she developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation plans for the organization's programs and initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
