As the Senior Technical Delivery Unit's Manager, she supervises Operations and Data Processing's teams at Mindset.
With an extensive experience managing fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative research projects and a robust background in management consulting and technical experience, Majd leads and manages complex, mixed methods projects spanning different populations and countries. In addition to her operations management responsibilities, she is also skilled in training and mentoring research staff, equipping them with needed skills and knowledge to operate in the field.
Majd holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Hashemite University, Jordan.
