Governance
Mindset supported different efforts to improve the effectiveness and accountability of government institutions in Jordan and Nigeria. In Jordan, we have been participating in the capacity-building of the Ministry of Health and the National Aid Fund to enhance their M&E practices and the efficiency of their activities. Our team has also been monitoring the impact of programs aiming at transforming the organizational culture and systems within the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth, or supporting municipalities affected by the refugee crisis in Jordan. We also measured the public perceptions of governance-related issues, such as corruption and the delivery of public services. In Nigeria, Mindset participated in the evaluation of a program supporting the local authorities affected by the Lake Chad crisis.
Through our experience and valuable insights into governance in the Middle East and Africa, we are equipped to enhance the transparency and responsiveness of government institutions in the countries we work in.
